The Postwave Brewery is organized on a structure of about 2000 square meters.

It has a 25hl brewhouse, an internal laboratory, a cellar made up of 20 fermenters: 10 of 25hl and 10 of 50hl, a 12000 bottles/h bottling line and a tap-room.

The various functional areas have been compartmentalized following the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

All the spaces have been designed following the concept of flexibility, in this way the plant can easily develop the total production capacity.
